footloose, I think that would be a great idea. Mr.Eric Tadros last contact with me was August 28th and this is what his email said; I will provide you with an update shortly,I was off last week when the processes ended and want to validate a few things. Eric I am awaiting his reply, hope to hear something soon. Perhaps if more shareholders write in he will reply sooner. respectfully ...more

Now I know how people feel when they starting a rampage.... These Aregx guys are criminals.... Someone have to stop them, someone should call TSX and we should cancel their chairs as shareholders and shot them to the moon.... I’ve talked to the TSX & IIROC, they’ve both basically said the same thing. That they were aware of the situation with Argex Titanium but were unable to comment. They stated that if there is/was any wrong-doing it would have been reported/forwarded to the AMF. Supposedly after the stock was delisted it is no longer in IIROC’s nor the TSX’s jurisdiction.

Please count me in if there's a class action...I've seen more ethical business standards exhibited by street corner drug dealers than I've seen with this Argex gang. This is not Saudi Arabia, it's CANADA.
