dont be so quick to have a conclusion to this...for all we know theres a tight bidding war going on involving some of the biggest ti02 manufacturers in the world. Id like to see 3 or 4 more extensions. Regards

It says the Stalking Horse bid was accepted. The extension is for RGX to pay for and receive the Engineering Package, not for the sale of the company.
