RTK vs Kelt

Looks like this stock is been a dissapointment but is shaping up.

Why is it sitting at 300M market cap while Kelt is close to 2 billion?

Looks like some nice inside buying, Wilson bought almost half a million $$ at 4.20: https://www.investorpoint.com/stock/RTK:CA-Artek+Exploration+Ltd./insider/All%20Insiders/All%20Types/_3 He is also involved with Kelt.  Thoughts? Quiet board here....

The; your insider trading info is dated. Many folks, including myself think Kelt and Artek will merge.... that is the play here!

I wouldn't mind seeing the company sold two ways. Charlie lake assets to tourmaline and rest of company to kelt
