it could be announced earlier, the date isn't set in stone

Unlikely it will be approved until after Labour day (and also TSX closed that day). Still time to accumulate.

Are approvals always before/after business day, or can we expect a trading halt?

I would think Pre- Market as well, as its already expected to be approved (or declined) on a predetermind date. My two cents...The "Boys" are really keeping a lid on this one to which way we go.... We are almost equal in the middle ($5.00) to an Aralez 52 week low and a 52 week high. I would bet no matter what the market does tomorrow (Friday), we get a little boost towards the days end. ...more
