Sorta makes sense. If fda failed to deliver report yesterday then likely the report wont come until middle of trading day. This means a huge amount of (negative) volitility. Halt avoids this. The alternatives. They are lairs, already have a CRL in hand. What does this halt do? Nothing, still bad news monday plus reputation destroyed. They are liars, already have positive response, makes no sense ...more

It doesn't matter. The shares are currently halted for shareholder sake. So many pansies were selling and/or aggressively shorting it to scare the weak with no stomach for volatility. The news comes out and that's when we have clarity. Until then, irrelevant - it's halted.
