Looks like Teva is trying to get in on the action.

It's not the first time Teva has done something similar to this.  They lost a patent infringement case to Lilly.   It does look like Yosprala is doing well enough for someone to create a generic.  They will make the case that it's just the combination of two drugs but if their generic is simiilar to yosprala in how it's combined there's no way they're going to ...more

Guess it costs them very little to try. But yeah, maybe there is something to be read there in the tea leaves.
