Went...under, looks like was bleeding cash...there is a monitor/lawyer looking after the bankruptcy process...extended until mid Nov i think..trying to sell all assets..once done, there will be a distribution based on priority - secured lenders first...private investors are not considered "secured"..ie..whatever is left after will be allocated among creditors & stakeholders...looking ...more

Can't do anything...still on hold ..just waiting for the liquidation to end and hope there will be something left to split among shareholders...got burn here...have quite a bit invested
