Crescent Point has a large position for investment. Close neighbors looking to expand.
But
CO2 gas can be injected into the reservoir and increase recovery as much as 20%. Suncor, Can. Oil Sands or another outfit can get rid of there carbon emissions from the upgraders or hot water tar baths. (Do not know the process). Upgrader plants and big inch pipelines are common in N Alberta. Everybody likes a WIN-WIN

I wouldn't like a buyout offer from Crescent Point. They would have to borrow money or pay in shares. They payout profits to shareholders, borrow money if needed and have a large inventory of drilling locations. There shares would drop $10 and the div would be cut in a large buyout deal. Have only 70K BBLs/day prod. Even a merger with Coral Hill would be preferred.I think ARN could find
