New CPG Issue

CPG just issued $525M in paper.  Let's hope that this issue is to support a buyout of ARN.

If so, anybody who picked up SCS/MEL shares recently will also be pleased at the open tomorrow.

Maybe the run-up is a delayed reaction to the realization of Arcan's true potential. ...Or maybe the Big Boys controlling the stock had positioned themselves and their clients to the point where everyone was satisfied and when that happened they let the stock go. ...Or maybe that Virginia Hills Well came in gangbusters and all the insiders are loading up. I suspect the reason for the run up is that "tight oil" has moved from page 16 to the front page. There were a few features on "tight oil" in the national newspapers last week. The theme was consolidation.
