to the 2011 YE report and operations update expected early next month.

Then we should get an idea of where they stand for capital requirements for the rest 2012.

I am encouraged by their remark from Jan. 26 that their 2012 budget provides for the drilling of up to 40 additional wells, for which all services and materials have been secured.

That budget also includes the one-time capital expenditures for the road & Oil / Wtr pipeline installations between Ethel & DM2, that will streamline operations and further reduce Op Costs.

With continued drilling and H2O injection in full swing, I anticipate prod. declines to stabilize and cashflow projections to surprise to the upside.

https://www.arcanres.com/ For waterflood, Arcan Management should contact Wavefront, WEE. As shareholders, you want bang for you buck. Wavefront has a technology which extracts more oil and increase oil production during waterfloods. \ Production increases of 25% to 200% has been the norm. More oil is extracted too. Send this to management. This is very real technology and is starting to gain ...more

This is a good video to forward to Arcan management. It explains the technology well too. Imagine if Arcan can increase production cheaply (during waterflooding). It will affect the bottom line. Many top oil companies such as Oman oil company, Penn West, etc., giving the technology a go. https://vimeo.com/37741875
