What Penner has at stake...

Notice through all of this, nothing has been issued by Arcan to give investors hope of even the slightest good news to come... I would imagine that means there is no good news forthcoming and/or they simply don't give a ....!

The only joy I get is that on May 15, he traded $200,000 worth of debentures for shares at a price of 3 bucks.

Small comfort given that he has already had the benefit of $$ millions...  Who knew that his shiny hair was the result of snake oil?  How much lower can it go before they are forced to actually respond to the investors?? The stock was at $1.46 on Aug 21st when Terry stepped in. The Board of Directors are useless here as well. They had the power to do more a log time ago and sat back ...more
