State of Union

I have posted here over time and if you read back I have been fairly accurate on events unfolding.....the 2 people that put the Swanhills play together starting back in 2005 and had the vison to do so were run out of the company a year ago by the ego and greed of current management who have no business running a company and it painfully shows letting Gilmet go was long overdue and stopped short of what was needed.....promoting Penner was a big mistake....they had a 7 dollar CPG offer a year ago and scoffed at it...in March had 3.50 on the table and again turned it down due to greed and ignorance....turned down a large equity raise at 6 dollars plus...turned down acquistion opportunities of 2 juniors at a great share exchange ratios who are top performers right now blowing away Arcan in performance it goes on as a text book example of how to destroy value....none of the current management understood the asset that was put together or how to extract its true value plus the cost and patience required to do so...or how to leverage shareholder value with the overvalued stock they had last year...CPG has done a brillant job of adding shareholder value using their strong stock currency and will do again taking Arcan at less than a $1.00 a share...

Well, half that team is gone and Penner's leadership skills ...more
