This was reported on Jan7th re Jan4th on the canadian insider(I assume this is the same buy as reported last week from the TMX site

Not a huge buy, but a good sign nonetheless.   CEO bought, previously the 2 VP's closest to field production were buying.  Good sign that the waterflood is actually working - it will be a game changer if it is.

Good  catch !  It  seems  that  waterflood   things  are  moving  in  a  positive  way....
