Is this a good deal?
New company, practically no debt and room to grow production, seeing as there is somebody behind us with $. I just don't know how to take this.
Do we think somebody else might step up?
Thoughts?

they did not break out any metrics but i get somwhere around 85k per flowing and 4 something on cash flow, which seems fair........

Arcan is about the Swan Hills and the value they have locked up in lands that they do not have the money to develop. It may be that someone else will come out of the woodwork. I did not see mention of performance bonds or default penalities? Maybe this is a beginning sortie and not the end.

seems like Aspenleaf is a shady vulture capitalist company possibly a loan shark or money launderer
