can anyone cut and paste the meat from the G and M article.

I can't believe Arcan management floated this deal without consulting with their major shareholders and institutional bond holders.  TWOFT - and money!

have to pay the execs 2mill for change of control.  Then they get new jobs with good salaries and options..  These guys dont deserve another shot at all ( you would think they would consult with the large shareholders before wasting all the time and money).   If there is value to spin out a new company the debt holders should be made whole.
