$1.3billion x .15 is app $200mill mkt cap plus bank debt $160 mil ...$360m  for a co that has infrastructure in place...produces 4000 bbl/day mostly hedged at $90..mkt was valuing co. At .22 Friday...if this deal goes through this co will be clean as a whistle...with positive cash flow...this deal dilutes crescent point and light stream down to levels where they no longer have power...company ownership has just changed hands...with 40 percent of the deb holders onside to convert...they turned down $82.50 less than 6 months ago...these debs are likely to open $85+ and stock somewhere between .15 and .20...the question I have is who just bought this company? Can anyone out there tell me who  owns the debs?

One question that I have been asking myself is ‘does the market truly value the shares at $.22’ or ‘does the market continue to value current shares at $.07 (which is where it had settled prior to the remarkable sp increase the last 3 trading days) with someone/some organization driving the price to $.22 so as to perhaps justify offering the debenture holders a $.15 settlement basis’?
