Incredible tweet by DL posted on HotCopper asking aussies to fight off KL and Canadians takeover of Artemis.  Could double the SP soon.  KL listing on aussie stock exchange Nov 30  means KL coming for Artemis and De Grey by DL's thinking.  Let's hope there's a bidding war.

Bidding war doesn't interest me.  Am in this for much more that takeover price.  What in the world is exciting about that, profoundly diluting what shareholders will make with a stand alone company?  Might being a big Novo pumper be a factor?  Raise doubts about Artemis prowess and staying power?  Having another big boy on the block sure scares you Novo boys,

Exactly. No crummy take over bidding will suit me.  I want Artemis to grow large on it's own.  Not be taken over with some silly 2x or 3x sp.  ARTTF can ultimately run double dollar digits.  That's where I think this can go. and it looks like DL believes it.

exactly rJ .... the acquirer would want to buy under a dollar.  I don't give a hoot about selling for a dollar or less and i assume most don't. There will be continued share price suppression as supposed acquirers will manipulate, short, bots, etc..   in order to not have to pay up.  DL knows all this stuff.  Just buy on dips and be patient. cheers

It's not DL's thinking. It's the actual intent. With KL listed on the ASX, the share swap mechanism for the Pilbara junior buyouts (not just ARV) gets put in place. Most Pilbara junior explorer shareholders are small time with shares restricted to the parochial ASX. It's "Corporate Construction" 101, and all very predictable. KL is not going for an ASX listing to raise
