Announcement overnight in Australia ,5 million shares and 6 million options to be issued .This will no doubt continue in ever increasing amounts to fund all the projects that Lenigas has commited too .Down 3% overnight .Aussie small caps are different from canadian small caps they seem to have access to a printing press with many of these companies having well over a billion shares ,when it reaches unsustainable levels they do a reverse split .Lenigas has done this repeatedly over his career .Used to be that way on small canadian exchanges but investors dont tolerate it anymore .Australia is still very much the Wild West and its important for potential investors to understand that .
