Joshing aside, where's the class-action suit against Ian?Surely there's a litigation firm that will take this on under a contingency agreement? Ian's still got plenty of dough squirreled away, and someone needs to pay for the 10-year destruction of shareholder value under serial incompetent CEOs, up to and including "Slow-as-a-Sunday-in-Welland" Eddie.
A quick Google search reveals half a dozen U.S. based law firms that specialize in this type of situation, and say they want no fee upfront. So, what are we waiting for?
