Bay Mgmt ruined this investment with their issuance of shares in prior financings granting free trading and no hold - Bay was over 30 cents before these dumb financings with no hold. 

Better investment is America West - the other partner on this project. They too did sime dumb stuff with financings.but as this project develops America West should do well

IMO,  the junior exploration market in Canada, is run by the Government .  The flowthrough shares issued by the Junior in-oder to raise Capital to drill their project allow the investor to write off 100 % of their investment. This Tax break in reality after deductions lowers the investors cost and again if the FL shares are deposit in RRSP then the Investor again sees a tax deduction
