Reading the NR, I can't understand whether Atrium was already compensated for this or whether they won't have to pay if they lose. Could have been clearer about what the shareholders could be on the hook for.

After contacting ATB directly, it seems that Garden of Life founder is on the hook and not current Atrium shareholders.
