There shouldn't be a r/s for this event, correct?  I thought the 10-1 was when we aimed for the Nasdq?

From the communication so far it doesnt appear that there is any r/s for tomorrow. TSX doesn't require it for a graduation whereas the NASDAQ has a minimum share price for listing (and maintaining listing).

Agreed. There is no rush to go to market since we have cash in the bank - that's why we went to market ... to buy time. I'm not saying they won't eventually go ... but the stock price has to be reasonably priced for that to happen.  Ideally, investors get really excited and the price gets overheated when that does happens. There are many opportunities for excitement to brew

The TSX listing is important. Many investors will not touch a stock listed on the venture exchange. This should give us a boost in the SP tomorrow and going forward ................... at least that should be the plan. Drive it up on the TSX and then do a small R/S to the American exchange.

There isnt a r/s for the tsx. They qaulified on other variables like mrkt cap etc.
