It's possible but as mentioned on another board it seems Cannacorrd Genuity is pursuing this one for weath management on behalf of clients. Sounds like they have scooped multiple times the past few days to the tune of about a million shares. Depends if you think they are smart money or not I guess.

It wasn't long ago that PRN went to the NASDAQ at $10 and we're sitting at $25+ I wouldn't assume it's going down ... it all depends on news and the excitement that news creates.
