Regarding a deal ... It wouldn't surprise me to see a deal conditional on dose determination from the first part of Phase 3.  That would further put the onus on ATE to get a really good Phase 3 plan together.  Getting to a dose determination would show that Phase 3 is on the right track and could show how powerful H2S actually is.  That's less risk for the buyer and more
