Look like a back-up plan to me ... for negotiations ... but ... not sure what's up yet.

It's a way to prepare for the need to cash up. Is it real? Is it just a bargaining tool during negotiations? I posted a copy of PRN's self prospectus and their share movement upwards since the prospectus on CEO.ca (for your viewing pleasure). We need more information from the company - hoping good news is on that way because you wouldn't want to go to market for the cash now.

Maybe uplist to Nasdaq ...... Obviously, it is something materail but not urgent.

$50,000,000 USD chops us by 30% if it's at-the-market- so we're not getting to NASDAQ threshold that way. That's roughly what the pricing was in the summer.  If somone wants to buy that stake for 10 million shares (~20% of the company) which gets us up to $6.40 CAD per share I'm more open to the idea...  Dollars are less of a concern than share number in these
