Good Old Fashion Tree Shake

and it always works as those loose cheap shares just fall out of the sky. Be careful here as this may be a sign that something GOOD is around the corner. I have seen this a thousand times in the past.

Exactly. Seen this too many times. Then all the bearish people who've been chirping are all of a sudden bullish.  Anyways, I'm more of the investor type when it comes to bio's. Future valuation is way more than a quick buck especially with life altering drugs.  A person on a yahoo thread, who i have talked to on another chat forum, paints an interesting picture of Antibe ...more

Agree, something is going to happen and when it happens it's going to break wide open.

This is the equivalent (pre-RS) of 1.8 million shares already on a day with zero news... Anyone know if any warrants are expiring around now? Was it December last year we saw something like this? People with warrants exercised their rights to sell (have cash) but maintain their position with new shares

Could be many things but I am always suspicious when I see this type of trading. Someone always holding it back when it wants to go higher. That is what I call accumulation at discount prices. FDA approval will change everything and I believe the smart money knows this. We all just want to get it as cheap as possible. Play a few games and get the SP down Buy on the dips folks.

I guess anything is ok to make you feel better..selling before this expected sell off made me feel better. This sell off isn't overafter such a useless and badly timed reverse split what was the reason for it again to make it on the big board into the shark tank and the Bay Street brothel ??
Comment by Danorrn on Dec 16, 2020 7:07pm
It might just be the usual tax loss selling.

Short time lurker, first time poster. Have a decent position in antibe (20% of my portfolio). My concern is, if dilution and a falling stock price is a conceivable path for the company to take, wouldn't that make it an attractive stock for a short sellers? It's known antibe needs to raise money, and if they do so by issuing stock, I think we can all expect a rough ride over the next little ...more

Keep in mind that the goal is to get to a US exchange at some point after the winter. In order to do that, the shares have to go up. The plan is to get the shares up. I can't speak to the success of that goal ... but ... I would bet there's enough "good" news coming (at some point) to make that happen. We have to let the company do its thing - nothing to do but worry now ...more

I agree.  There is something on the horizon.   I view this as a buying opportunity.  I continue to add.   yesterday was down, but so was volume.  It can bounce up as fast as it can down.
Comment by Actuarial on Dec 17, 2020 10:58am
Down is kind of gradual (at most 5% in a day) with no news but up would be very steep (so often over 100% in a day) should we hear great news. In a Bio industry, either you hear nothing, or, you hear something big. In ATE case, something big can only be positive as ATE has already passed the most risky PhII.

You are too funny...that's what i call hyper fantasy thinking and down 5% per day is nothing according to you  Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself more than anyone else
Comment by Actuarial on Dec 17, 2020 11:43am
Do you truly understand what is called at most? Without news, it could be up or down for any single day. 5% down is nothing as it could be 5% up the other day. Day traders like you flip the stock for a few dollar profits. Nothing to worry about.

You've got that right and you can thank the ineptness of management for that no matter how good they are on the scientific front !
