Concerned

i believe The company needs to move Forward and  fast with it's  deadlines ,no delays with impressive deals. Lots of companies were able to achieve much during Covid. The reason i'm saying this because we still have IP acquisition which will cost millions and phase 3 will need around 60millions. The company might go for huge dilution if they don't move their as* to find partners or institutional shareholders. SP Is pretty boring with huge resistance at 4$

in totall we need 100 million in cash. Idk how they will do this, it seems sketchy when dan said no dilution. Even if we find partners and institutional investors, i still believe we will go under dilution.

Correct me if you think otherwise. I'm holding this until acquisition and i'm just sharing my opinion.

I don't necessarily think otherwise, but me and you man, our opinions are irrelevant. There are risks involved in holding ATE, and chief among them is dilution. Like you , I choose to hold, and I'm not letting go until this thing pops or antibe closes up shop.

So here is my point. Dilution is not likely. Holdings is only 5 % of the merged company.
