Very enticing. Something I've been thinking about lately though if anyone has opions is what happens if a company buys ONLY Otenaproxesul... I want the entire company being bought because 352 and others drugs hugely increases the value. Let's say Otena is 4 billion, Antibe receives 4 billion, not like they're going to issue a special one time dividend right? That doesn't happen

I'm hoping that ATE already sees at least one opportunity to partner wth 3 or 4 companies to bring the first product to market.  Maybe a few options already exist.  A deal(s) with some upfront fees, milestone payments and a double digit royalty.  This is a good starting point as they chat with others and with Big Pharma. Big Pharma would need to come through with a better offer

I too would love for someone to buy 346, 352 and 340 and make the decision for me about how much the shares are worth and put this all to bed one great morning. Anything south of $6B CAD for the lot and I'm laughing for the rest of my life.

Has Dan made any comments recently to what the company is worth? We know that revenue will average 2.8 billion per year, otezla sold for 8 times revenue.

in his latest biopub he said its worth x2-x4 its current amount. Best to keep expectation graded. Dan had mentioned 75% likelihood partnership vs 25% buyout. I'm very bullish on ATE but I've disappointed many times before. Hopefully the corporate update is next week to give indication of the direction we're heading towards.

That's incorrect! He said it should be trading 2 to 4 times more. He never said it was worth that. I think 346 is worth 20 billion dollars.

I'm not going to argue the semantics of value vs trading. Lets see if Dan actually delivers either a partnership or buyout. Dan has never failed to disappoint The last time they said they have "cash on hand", they still ended up diluting. That risk still exists. I respectfully disagree with you Magic...I don't believe that ATE is dead money for the next 6 months. With the signing of Haut and Stauffer...and taking on Stern IR...I think negotiations are well underway for a Partnership ( likely ) or takeover ( doubtful) I feel that starting tomorrow, we will be headed upwards....We just need catalysts to start the game , If Repare can be a. 2B$ CDN
