US volume is dismal. The NAS is imperative! Us retail do little to move the needle.

I may move the needle (a bit) down south soon. I recently traded out of a sizeable dividend harvesting position in my Roth IRA (like TFSA up north) and have a good chunk of cash looking for a new home.
