This is the best partnership move they've made (is legendary deal guy behind this???) because of the double digit royalty secured and agreed re the $20m upfront payment just de-risked a future raise significantly.

Expect more deals coming now that this one with China is done. Uplist would help so much right now.

We will have dilution with AH/ATE, but with a Nasdq uplist it could be strategic. im betting GUD and Ate -LATAM is a done deal

LATAM partnering with GUD certainly possible... Would be fantastic. At this point I'm looking forward to getting the AH/ATE amalgamation behind us. How this is handled and justified will speak volumes about how management values ATE shareholders. There will be significant dilution for sure, but how much? I'll give the benefit of the doubt to Dan and team. Uplisting, more partnerships

I'd be curious to see the structure of regulatory/milestone payments. In other deals I've seen payments upon start of phase 3 trial... if this is there case here, there could be enough to fund the trial + AH/ATE amalgamation without dilution...
