Last Bought Deal

How much of the current share price decline is associated to the recent private placement? I know that I personally placed buy interest for 50,000 shares in the private placement but got zero fills. It was over subscribed.

I believe most of the private placement went to institutional guys who got the 15% discount and immediately shorting the stock to protect their investment.

My thoughts are it is the instutional guys placing pressure on the share price and unfortunately it will struggle  until the private placement closes which after that date will return to $7 range.

so, based on your comment, you think by end of the week we should be back to $7 since the deal closes tomorrow?

There would have to be a burner of a NR for that to happen.  Kind of par for the course with these kind of deals.  The underwriters and their clients have already made their money.

No I am not saying it will immediately return to $7, in theory the bought deal was done at $6 and Warrants at $7.50 I believe. I feel once the bought deal closes that the floor should become $6 and consolidate in the $6-$7 range until we obtain positive news release from management.

I suspect it'll make it's way to $6.  But, without something substantial, it'll hover there, until we get some news.  And then, hopefully, they don't kill the momentum.  Again.

Can't tell you where the share price goes but cash in the bank makes our balance sheet look much better and more eyes on our stock on Thursday ... where we can talk about the number of dollar bills in the vault. Thinking the institutional investors will be much happier with the balance sheet. Then ... we start the next round of excitement. WooooHoooo !

$7.50 warrant cieling will have to be dealt with, hopefully a NASDAQ listing before then as if not without news (imo partnership not ph3 start) will be required to prompt the stock
