$6 is going to be a new wall for a few months

until material NRs. ATE/AH amalgamation could be the next NR - it is neither postive nor negative in my opinion. Regional deals / global deals seem remote. Nasdaq and PhIII would be key events when share price move up in near term. Accumulating more shares at the current price will be well rewarded. Be patient. GLTA longs!

I agree Act - $6 is the new $4.  But, if the amalgamation NR clearly stipulates the transfer of patents, this could be a spark to push the SP north.  I look to Dan and Stern (are they still on retainer?) to really maximize that benefit, and communicate it effectively.  It's an ask you'd think would a no-brainer, but, I'm not sure they'll communicate like that.

Hi Forestview, personally, I see no way the amalgamation be strong positive because ATE is not going to obtain the full IP for free. ATE has to pay AH in cash or share. If it is paid in cash - too bad - ATE doesn't have enough fund for PhIII. If it is paid in shares - nothing to thrill - ATE dulited again.
