The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Below is my take on the CEO (whether these points can be placed on his shoulders): + Added solid leaders: CMO & partner team + Ran successful outcome PH1 & PH2 trial - Constant pre-covid delays in PH2 / unable to meet deadlines - Poor planning of mgmt equity exercising / to PH2B results - Releasing a sub par PR for PH2B and not having a follow on same day analysts Q&

We may end up erasing all the gains the Nuance deal created. Thanks Dan for that ill timed, and poorly negotiated BD with Caanacord. Unless we get some sort of meaty news release we are going to sink. To all the longs, I apologize for my negativity, but I'm just not loving Dan as a CEO, and I'm starting to believe more and more he needs to step aside to take
