I emailed our CEO this morning and asked him if we will get update soon on IND and nuification of intellectual property ownership. He replied me in 15 minutes and said :All on track. I wouldn’t get bothered by the typical reaction…our deal was at a good price and together with the Nuance deal, are transformational for us. Full negotiating leverage, too.
I bought more shares today.

I just asked him if we will get any update soon on IND and Intellectual property ownership after the recent bought deal. I guess he figured I am a little concerned about the share price drop lately. He sounded pretty confident IMHO

Thanks DW ! From the latest presentation, looks like 59M shares diluted.  I’m assuming 68M with AH rolled in.   IND submission is probably here shortly.

It is a bit odd that we haven't completed the AH merger yet, the owner is sitting in the office next door and the issue of bringing the IP home certainly can't be a new concept. It's the only loose end that I know of and although it may be viewed by some as just housekeeping sometimes you just can't progress until you've got these issues resolved. Getting a bit ridiculous

There is no mention that any of  the 74 million in the bank is being used for the AH merger. Can you say phase 3?   So many nervous nellies on this board.

100% speculation on my part but it would not surprise me if the AH merger only occured in conjunction with a buyout of the entire company (or possibly an attempted hostile takeover).

I have attached the prospectus for this offering.  Look at the projected cash flow on page 9 for 2021 under use of proceeds.. Where was it suggested that any of the $ 74 mill would be used to buy/complete the marger ? I suspect it will either remain a royalty in the hands of certain people or it will be bought with stock or maybe a combination of the two. In my view it's taking longer than it should given it isn't an arms length transaction. I just want to see it put to bed so we can check off that box and move
