According to SEDI, Antibe Holdings held 15 million shares (1.5 million after the reverse split) from June 2013 - June 2017 (after which point they ceased to be an insider and having to report on SEDI).  According to the last financials, on Dec. 31, 2020 Holdings owned 3.2% of the common shares (of which there were 38,779,772), meaning that Holdings owned about 1.24 million ATE shares.

Thay makes sense!  So the recent insider buy was not really a buy at all, but a transfer of ownership from AH to Antibe for the insider shares involved.

  so I did some research on Antibe Holdings    In Dec of 2009..Antibe therapeutics changed their name to Antibe Holdings Inc 307 1 St E Cochrane Alberta Question remains  as to how they calculated the worth of the shares transfered to Antibe Therapeutics Insiders.  Anyone know why the Intellectual properties were segregated from the company and where was Antibe

I doubt these shares have anything to do with Ah. However all these transactions look rushed, much like the bought deal.

 Well the vlue of 6.38 per share was on feb 17 the same time the Deal was announced. Would have looked fishy if they would have made the transfer at the low after the sell off that brought it below 5.00 where they would have gotten  at least 20% more shares in Antibe. I think it does have to do with the Tranfer of the tech and the financing.
