I don't think I'd characterize any of his comments as a "lie."  He's going to make adjustments as the environment calls for it.  The last information we were given was ... likely in the fall for NASDAQ so I wouldn't expect it any sooner.  If you get it earlier, great! Without partnership PRs how is the stock going to get to $6+. A PH3 IND... not likely.  I think a lot on this board are missing the fact that this exchange is holding the stock back. This stock appears to be easily controlled with a small amount of capital and the recent offering has likely crated even more shorts (hedging play). Without real buy side base IMO you can wish all you want but

You never list at the bare minimum, the shorts will have a hay day knocking sp down to cause the exchange to place company on notice, thus potentially forcing company to increase share price via share consolidation. Now is not the time to list in my opinion. We need news and catalyst to move sp up $10 or higher then list. I believe management has a plan mapped out.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that the company is waiting for a certain price before they go to NASDAQ.  I just know I like a certain price range and I believe we will be there when we finally go (likely fall - based on latest comments from ATE). I am saying that I believe, by the time we go, the share price will likely be between $6 and $15. My opinion only.  I like that range

I know we all know the value of NASDAQ, but here's a perfect example. APTO announced Q4 earnings last night and the stock is up 73% this morning. I've scanned the earnings call transcript and nothing major in terms of announcements. Looks like they have a name now for their lead drug candidate (LUX) and looks like it's still pre-phase 2.   I trust management is thinking

Ya ... I get it !  Been waiting since 2017 but it helps that I bought most of my shares during the 10 cent offering and then it fell to 8 cents.  Backed up the truck on 8 cents as well - just got lucky on my timing. I also watch a company like HUGE which had no business going to the Nasdaq (IMO) and they did a 1-for-201 reverse split to go.  Sure didn't get them far ... hahaha

The news doesn't have to be related to partnering to get between $6 and $15 ... but we do need news. Remember going into P2B and all the excitement?  That alone might no do it but it will help.  I see lots of news that could stir excitement ... 1.  phase 3 enabling data 2.  IND filing 3.  meeting with FDA and their blessing to begin P3 4.  starting P3 5.

I agree that NASDAQ is not the only item that would drive interest but can we not agree that your long list of potential catalysts would have a much stronger impact if we had the visibility of the larger exchange while announcing? I know their is a Mgmt plan in place, but I'm also falling into the hard to sit and watch camp.  I'm not selling so I've no other option.

Ya ... I think some items will happen before NASDAQ and some will happen after NASDAQ. I'm in the same camp as you - just have really think skin. Heck - I'm an investor in GUD and Goodman ... my second time around with that CEO ... you have to have thick skin to survive his slow pace.  Hahaha !

I think most of us are on the same page on NASDAQ needs to happen sooner than later.  My main point is that for Antibe share price to take full advantage of upcoming positive news and events it would be most helpful to be on a platform with the largest amount of potential buyers that would value the value prop of Antibe.  On this exchange their is a clear limitation to our audience and

I'm in complete agreement. I'm also of the opinion Dan and team also are aware and need to have a series of news worthy events lined up after the NASDAQ intention announcement. I'm using that as indicator that the final wave is underway..
