The biggest one is that otenaproxesul is not a pro-drug. That would denote that if take a handful of naproxen and a handful h2s, you’d get the same GI sparing effects. Obviously that’s not the case

Pez is correct. Josh Bloom had a link to one of his previous articles (here:https://www.acsh.org/news/2020/03/01/huge-advance-pain-management-nsaid-without-gi-side-effects-clinic-14606) Where he makes several mistakes in the chemical structure of the compound and calls it a pro-drug. Good eye, pez.
