The concern I have is that the only news that actually caused a stock price increase in the last 12 months was the Nuance deal, and I think its because it had a $ figure attached to it, that the market was able to comprehend.  Based on the historicals, I don't see any of these having an impact.  If FDA approval on an IND caused the stock to drop, do we really think an AME will cause
