As far as 'their duty to respond' - I can't dispute anything re Dan because he always responds to my queries and usually in a prompt amount of time but there are many other CEO's that just completely ignore any request for comment. As though, as a shareholder, you do not even exist. Certainly no suggestion of "a duty"

Game Changer - Thank you for the response and context.  I've appreciated info folks like you have stated reagrding convos with Antibe. I've sent emails to IR and get the responses in a timely manner.  Every board has it's trolls / shorts that use false narratives and fear monger. I do not think those types of posters will respond and it may be not worth the time but good luck
