What Happens on May 31

This question has been asked, but never answered.  So, on May 31st, do the AH shares get added to the pot overnight, causing a drop in the share price (since Market Cap will be constant).  Or, does the the share price stay constant and the market cap increase?  Or is there a third scenario?  And, if there is a drop in share price, which i think is the more likely scenario, is the drop 11% due to the AH % allocation.

Actually just heard from Dan.  So, the MC will increase as it absorbs AH.  How the market reacts will drive share price.  Hopefully this is the last hurdle holding this stock down.

I think the point is to have some balance. I get both sides here so that's not my issue. Someone over at CEO posted Antibe's latest tweet which is a great positioning of the value of our future drug, but then look at the first comment. Some guy bashing the stock price. Now, anyone who comes along and is inspired that ATE is trying to solve this NSAID ulcer issue just sees a basher as the

I said this before and bashers start crying about their right for speach freedom. i can undertand their frustration from delays and moving slowly but as you said Fud  is just  going to hurt everyone.

As expected, you have missed the point.  The point that was made, was a simple one. There may be things wrong with a company, management might be inadequate, etc. If this is your position, your action to mitigate that concern is to continuously repeat the same, zero value rhetoric about how terrible things are. I'll believe it when I see it, all this stock has done is condition me to expect red. It may run a little get everyone excited then BAM, one day -1% the next -2%  maybe a little blip of green the next then another -5% till eventually we're back at $4.00 this stock LOVES $4 At least that's been my experience with this stock and i've been holding for over a year now.

The number of shares outstanding is still 45.5million, so Holdings hasn't been included, and therefore the patents' value hasn't been included in the MC either.

This stock will keep getting pounded down unless there's a news release with $$$ figures in it.  It doesn't matter what they say in a press release.  No dollars?  No movement up.   (and I do think someone is manipulating this stock to stay at these rates).
