Weird that this has closed, and there is no change to the Market Cap as a result of the amalgamation?  That should have increased to reflect the patents, and the share count should have increased to reflect Holdings.  Am I missing something?

Ah ok.  I don't think this will takeoff until the numbers are fully baked in.  Hopefully Monday will be the start of a new era. Interestingly enough, we've passed the anniversary of the Phase 2 results.  Our 52 week high will consistently drop over the next few weeks reflecting last years bought deal and impact.

From my understanding in talks with the company, discussions with US/Europe pharma's should now be completed, at least in terms of initial contact, with Japan being next. And by extension, a deal can take place at any time, however it would be wise to be cognizant of the fact that it may take some time.
