I've been watching this company for over a year. Still on the fence. Really having a problem with two things, and would appreciate some unbiased/unemotional opinions; 1. Management. I have a problem with their past behavior. In particular, holding the IP in a separate company in which they held almost 40% of the stock. The issue is management ,Just promises and vague statements! So much greed and everything they do they do fill their pokets with shares. Where is nassaq ? Where is phase 3 design and anticipated date ? Also, they are the champions of delays. They definitly don't have a concrete plan. I still remember dans words for no dilution at biohub, and we got diluted twice or more since. I an still

Check your calendar Layth ... Since they are planning to go to P3 in the last three months of the year (best guess), you probably wont hear much about the P3 plan until late summer. I recall NASDAQ being a later fall thing - but don't get too excited if the markets don't play nice.  I could see them move it out ... but I hope not. I wouldn't exactly call AH a dilution - It'

Sure Mugs, but what I still don't understand, and even ATE never answered the question when I asked them, was why do the reverse split under the premise of an uplist and then wait a year. No institutions are buying now so the 40 cent price argument can't be made. I suspect that if we never did the split we wouldn't be stting at 39 cents today.

I see the reverse split to get the shares above $4 but I also don't see them making the move to NASDAQ until they are running upwards from there ... likely somewhere between $6-$10 and knowing we have momentum with additional developments (that's what I've always believed). We're not there yet. I am hoping that the summer comes with some deals to create that momentum and get us

You still have your optimisim in this company, but The market indicating otherwise! I really hope you are right and there is nothing suspecious that we don't know driving sp down. Amalgamation is complete and yet sp is sinking.

You are right ... if there is something suspicious that we don't know driving the sp down ... I don't know about it. All I see is a dried up market - weird - as I didn't expect this ... but ... I think a deal or two would change that.  Everyone thinks they have plenty of time before they need to come back.  Would love for the company to prove them wrong. Until then ... I
