You're right Mole.  Market cap is now $203.98M (was about $187M on Friday at market close).  Divided by the share price on Friday, leaves about 51.3M shares outstanding - which now accounts for 5.9M shares from Holdings.  Looks like amalgamation is now fully behind us.  Now let's close some deals!

I assumed there was selling from insiders.  The Canadian volume was high... Insider selling tells me there is nothing on the horizon, or why would insider sell? Am I wrong? Please tell me I am?!

Could it be as simple as selling to save enough to pay the taxman? I know they went with a three cornered amalgamation to reduce their taxes, but they probably still owe some. I imagine it wouldn't be fun trying to pay their taxes next April if they were in the middle of a lock up period (negotiating a buyout/partnership, middle of phase 3).

As long as they received nothing but Antibe shares as "consideration" for the amalgamation, they can defer capital capital gains on the Holdings shares.
