No deals

If there was deals on the table the ceo wouldn't be selling shares like he did a few weeks ago.

remeber the dates of the amalgamation - when the hold comes up.  I am sure there will be a pump followed by insider dump.  This is going based on Hx here.  I am guessing the beginning of the phase 3 will be similar.

this is opportunity to buy more, but it's risky.  Money maybe stuck here for years.

Yup, when the RSU become available they'll want the SP as high as possible at that moment i'll be out of this stock no longer bagholding.

If you're implying that there is no interest from Big Pharma, do you believe that Nuance erred in its diligence?  Hard to believe that Mark Lotter would be the only BP exec to see value in the company. If you're implying that a deal is not likely to finalize anytime soon, I agree with you.

I think there's too much focus on the interim. The end result is what matters. Regardless of delays, timelines, these are just the bumps in the process which quite honestly should be expected. What about: - Successful completion of Phase l and Phase ll with significnt results. - $75m in cash - Zero debt - Within months of starting Phase lll - $100m USD deal (and more to come) Don't just ...more

Wow, look at all those things you listed and the SP is in the gutter hahah

Exactly, isn't that what you want as an investor? To find assets that are undervalued relative to their growth projections looking 2 years out and beyond? I mean I don't really know what else to say, would you rather buy ATE in 2 years when it's fully valued and has the attention of the markets?

Was expected no insider sales and no delay? Because you said that. Apparently straight from CEO who sell shares and delay right after

I would agree that there's likely no deal right now. Would I bet on timing for a deal to be completed - nope. That's really anyone's guess - just like Nuance came out of nowhere. Will it be one deal?  A Japan deal first ?  Multiple deals ? Sure a deal is more likely in 2022 ... but ... no one can say with any certainty. IMO

You are absolutely right - until 7 months later, there is no deal after Dan sold his shares ...... So, you expect a deal can be made overnight and it happens very often? No one took it seriously when Dan mentioned China a few times before it indeed happen ...... I see the same story repeat here.
Comment by YukonJezza on Jun 28, 2021 12:18pm
except Dan would be unable to sell his shares if a deal was underway, and why would he if a deal was underway. ??? If a deal is made and our SP is 3.00 I'm sure the company will get this for significant less than you originally hoped for
