Expired warrants
With all the expired warrants, what will our float drop to?
I have us at about 65m right now
we have low volume, decent news will make this jump.

In the presentation, you will find the breakdown. There are ... 52.1M shares outstanding 7.8M warrants 5.4M options and RSUs In total there will be 7.8M warrants in question (to some degreee). Just haven't paid attention to the details of those warrants. Not sure what we would count out (in terms of warrants) - things can change quickly.

Do you anticipate a run? I remember a question to Dan several months ago about market cap and what companies trade at during certain phases. for a phase 2 company- is there a multiple that companies generally trade at? 100m -300m? I imagines the biz study being released will help. we are due for positive catalysts!

Doc, There are just over 4 million warrants that will expire by mid-August this year thus reducing the total float from 65M to 61M. There are another 400K that expire end of Feb 2023, and 3.36M that expire the end of Feb 2024 however those still have lots of time to be exercised.

A third way. What if trials fail as last August 2021?

Let's keep it positive, enough bad stuff in the world. We all know the risks here. I think the volume is so low because everyone is either stuck, or here for the ride. Mad and Mugs, thanks for the info!

Hey Mugs how long has this "Chianchin" been following you? His amateur hour comments seem so basic that I am getting the impression he's here to troll you.

Don't know if you remember, LookingforClues trolling here in the past. Ended up in the penalty box. Same guy but he's using the name he created while in the box. Guess he wants to preserve the old name from the box again. As nuts as ever ... hahaha !

If may, I think sounds like you both lost the nuts too.

Amateur? ATE failled phase 3 trial last September caused ATE to crash by 80% or from $4 to $.75. Is this a fact or an oppinion? BTW how much both of you lost in dollar value since?
