ana stegic bought 28,500 last month @70 cents, however i too would like to see insiders stepping up, giving shareholders some confidence, and maybe getting the stock back to atleast the 70 cent range.

I would bet we'll see some buying from the top team/board (or certain individuals) once they aren't sitting on material information.  I would also think Ana is far removed from material information. That's how I would read it.

I read this as you know they have materialinfo that stops insider buying but this lady that must report as insider doesnt know they have material info so is able to buy

Right - that's what I'm saying - but - it's simply a thought. Ana is involved in clinical operations and she's preparing for Phase 2 - maybe on the enrollment side and preparing for the process with outside labs.  She might be following instructions laid out for her in that respect and she doesn't need to be involved in other matters that may be material at this time
