Happy Long Term Investor

Another 400k stock warrants expired worthless on Friday.  It was nice to see that Dan and the board decided not to drop the price and extend the expiry date on these warrants as they did with the 3.1 million warrants last summer.  Fingers crossed that the stock price stays below the $1.80 strike price until 2024 so that we can get rid of those previously extended warrants.  I know that the expiry of these warrants does not affect those investors who are just trying to flip these undervalued (IMO) shares for a 20%-50% profit but for those of us waiting for a company takeover, or $8 plus per share in annual profits from Otena, less shares is a good thing.  It would be different if we were getting $5 plus per share but at $1.80, I hope that they expire worthless.

Ya - I'm not worried about dilution and you bring up a good point about the warrants. The past year and a half have seen some intereting developments and they were all brought on by the human liver issues.  Initially, the issue scared me but the reality of the gained learning hit me quickly.  I think the ROS was a timely development and it should make us stronger.  Not that I ...more
