Just read

A little late, but I just got around to reading the End of Year report.  One comment I'd like to make is this. According to Dan, they now have "comprehensive liver safety in hand." That really makes me feel good (sarcasm intended) because in retrospect, they obviously didn't have it in hand leading up to the price collapse. This man does not deserve to be patting himself on the back for what should have been assured years ago. Quite frankly this read makes me sick to my stomach considering it seems my 120k loss could have been easily avoided. I wonder how many others got burnt by this incompetence? I would not invest another plug nickel in this company. Cheers!

That makes absolutely no sense. So - you are assuming liver safety was something obvious.  You are assuming that animal trials should have led you there. You are missing 80% of the story and your comments prove that you are missing the facts. I should hope you wouldn't be investing any more money in this or any other company.  But - I am willing to take advantage of anyone selling ...more

Exactly. Pfizer just had to stop their phase 2 trials because of elevated liver enzyme's, maybe they should have done DILIsym first too? 80% of the story being outstanding efficacy in the first hours whereas standard NSAIDS might take days to get the same efficacy. Unbelievable GI safety. The 200mg was literally second to none in pain scores. This was all the old formulation. And then we get ...more

Pfizer, aren't they the ones who made billions on a covid vaccine that didn't work. And they wanted to keep the test results secret for 70 years. lol  What about the efficacy on that one?

Keep pushing Dan's narrative Mugsy. There were many investors bringing up liver concerns even before to move to the TSX. You're the one who is misleading here. It was liver concerns that brought this company down (without warning) and just maybe management had those same concerns in back of their mind. But no worries with the NEW ATE!! Management has that problem all in hand now. Probably ...more

It's reasuring that you keep getting it wrong - at least you are consistent. Which is why I will likely keep doing the opposite of you. 1.  you really can't believe that I'm my own person - that I must be management.  Hahaha - wrong ! 2.  that liver enzyme levels  should have been known and the reasons for them should have been known - yet you stayed to the point ...more

MrM...My losses are merely symbolic of what could have been prevented if proper and more intensive steps were taken. You seen to forget I have come to your defence on a number of occasions in the past and just because there is a difference of opinion you seem resentful and even defensive at times. It's laughable when you're basically saying that I should have known about the liver enzymes. ...more

Your task is simple - find just one animal study that leads them to the root of our liver problem. If you can find that study then you can also argue that the company didn't need to spend millions consulting liver specialists after P2. And don't assume our liver problem is the same problem every NSAID has.  You are missing the real story if that's what you assume. ------------- ...more

Can you provide a link for the animal studies? How many was there? Mr6
Comment by MrMugsy on Jul 25, 2023 8:03am
I think there were 10 animal studies (roughly) ... and ... I don't have a link to them. What I'm saying is ... there is general liver concern and then there is our specific liver concern related to exogenous and endogenous H2S (liver saturation).  There were no indications from the animal studies that there was a liver saturation issue. That's why it isn't as simple to say . ...more

Mugsy..you don't get it do you. I'm not whining. Just trying to point out what a competent management and CEO would have done for their shareholders. They so much as admitted there was a problem and now have it solved.  Remember I mentioned the huge insider sale two or three weeks before the collapse? (give or take) I don't need to mention names and as i said maybe a coincidence ...more

Yes - we all have bills to pay. So estate planning and retirement arent' things that we should be paying for. I get it - I understand the perception and the pain. Unfortunately - now isn't the time to discuss it. I predict we will discuss it in the future. I've seen CEOs destroy a good product and a good company. Then I watched another CEO take that product from bankruptcy and ...more
