In my opinion

i think we could see insider buying soon (between now and year end), when management gets the results of the PK/PD study, if they are possitive what better time for them to buy when the stock is close to 52 week lows and the first of several potential catalysts. if this happens get ready to load up.

Yes - some will buy. Others don't need to as they have plenty. I know that sounds odd but one of two things happens ... 1. P2 flops and no one is buying shares 2. P2 is well received and the value is reflected in the future price. If it jumps - no one is going to care if insiders are buying - yet - insiders will continue to get their RSUs.
