i think we will find out soon that litigation gets kicked down the road as there will be a deal to be made with nuance if ATE is succesful with P2

Dusty, what litigation is going to be kicked down the road? The arbitration proceedings have already wrapped up (August 14th or 15th) and we are simply waiting for the arbitrator's decision which is now expected around the first week of December. As far as continuing to work with Nuance, in my opinion that ship has sailed. When someone sues you for 20 ...more

still waiting for the decision that is what will be kicked down the road? Completed in-person arbitration proceeding with Nuance Pharma; decision now expected in the upcoming quarter
